Millwright Mechanic (433A) – Day Shift
Location: Mississauga Compensation: $45/hour plus Benefits Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift
Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a skilled and dependable Millwright Mechanic (433A) to join their maintenance team in Mississauga. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, heavy equipment, and facility systems Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues Perform equipment diagnostics using PLC software Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Complete welding and fabrication work as required Support preventative maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures Qualifications: Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with heavy machinery and facility equipment Experience with PLC systems considered an asset Welding and fabrication experience considered an asset Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively within a team environment What’s Offered: Straight day shift schedule supporting work–life balance Competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits Stable, long-term opportunity with a reputable automotive manufacturer Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth and development
