Foothills Silva Culture Inc. is seeking a Production Loader Operator to join our growing team. We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual with at least 2 years of loader operating experience.

APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE IN THE ELK VALLEY REGION

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a loader as directed by supervisors.
• Load haul trucks in a productive and safe manner.
• Maintain constant awareness of the work environment to ensure safety.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow detailed work plans and instructions from the management team.
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on equipment as required.
• Accurately complete all required daily paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders.
• Experience operating other types of heavy equipment is an asset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
