Shift: Rotational Day/Night Shifts

Position Summary

This position involves conducting various laboratory tests, analyzing data, and providing accurate and reliable results to support the quality and performance of the product line developed and tested. The Lab Technician will work closely with the lab’s technical and HSE team and assist in maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• QA / QC testing on Performance Graded Asphalt and Asphalt Emulsions.
• Cleaning and maintaining the lab and lab equipment.
• Data-entry, paperwork, filing, organization and other administrative duties associated with the lab.
• Retention and maintenance of sample inventory.
• Responsible for adhering to all health and safety policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Successful candidates will have a minimum High School/College Diploma or equivalent experience.
• These duties require basic computer and testing knowledge, and communications skills
• Ability to work effectively in a group setting, being responsible, resourceful, respectful, and autonomous.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in small teams.
