• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IGA solutions (IdentityIQ andor IdentityNow)

• Build and customize SailPoint components including Workflows Lifecycle eventsRules (BeanShell Java)Forms, policies, certifications, and provisioning logic

• Develop and support complex application integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, SCIM, Active Directory, LDAPLead endtoend implementation of identity lifecycle management (JoinerMoverLeaver)Configure access certifications, role models, and entitlement hierarchies

• Implement and optimize provisioning and deprovisioning workflowsTroubleshoot performance, provisioning failures, and aggregation issues

• Support SailPoint upgrades, patching, and platform migrations

• Ensure IAM solutions meet security, audit, and compliance requirements (SOX, ISO, SOC)Collaborate with IAM Architects, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams
