Crowdstrike Engineer Toronto, ON, Hybrid, 3 days onsite 6+ months Contract Rate: CAD$45/hr on T4
Job Description/ Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior - Crowdstrike Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Supporting Crowdstrike, Defender and Qualys security tools agents.In this role, you will support security tool agent management, ensuring correctness and completeness of Crowdstrike, Defender, and Qualys agents across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities Security Tool Management • Agent Support: Support Crowdstrike, Defender, and Qualys security tool agents. • Process Development: Create and maintain processes to ensure agent correctness and completeness. • Configuration Management: Manage security agent configurations across the enterprise.
Operational Support • Monitoring: Monitor agent health and performance across endpoints. • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve agent-related issues. • Deployment: Support agent deployment and updates enterprise-wide.
Compliance & Reporting • Coverage Reporting: Track and report on agent coverage and compliance metrics. • Gap Analysis: Identify and address gaps in security agent deployment. • Documentation: Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in endpoint security or security operations. • Security Tools: Proficiency with Crowdstrike, Microsoft Defender, and Qualys. • Endpoint Management: Experience with endpoint security agent management. • Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills & Team Alignment • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to agent deployment and monitoring.
