Our client is looking for a Mechanical Foreman to supervise maintenance and repair activities for a fleet of vehicles, while ensuring optimal management of garage operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the preventive maintenance program and ensuring compliance with applicable standards
- Planning, organizing, and adjusting the work of 18 mechanics based on operational priorities
- Supervising, guiding, and assigning tasks to the team to optimize department performance
- Tracking work progress and ensuring the quality of completed repairs
- Performing final inspections of vehicles before returning them to service
- Managing daily priorities and responding to mechanical emergencies
- Overseeing parts, inventory, and work orders
- Coaching, training, and supporting mechanics in their development
- Collaborating with internal teams (dispatch, operations, human resources)
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Performing any other related duties

Requirements:
- Training in heavy vehicle mechanics
- Experience in personnel management
- Experience in service management, ideally in the heavy vehicle sector
