What We Require 5+ years of experience on commercial electrical projects ranging from $250K to $5M Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews effectively Valid driver’s license A strong work ethic—driven, safety-minded, dependable, and straightforward A genuine interest in mentoring and developing apprentices and journeypersons Strong problem-solving abilities, great organization, and attention to detail Proficiency in: Fire alarm systems Conduit installation Power distribution Lighting systems Motor controls
