Job Responsibilities

Control and monitor daily production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), safety, and environmental regulations. Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth production activities. Prepare and submit shift reports on production performance.

Job Requirement and Qualification

Age between 26–35 years old. Minimum education D3 to S2 in Engineering or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in shifts, independently or within a team.
