We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader to take ownership of product design, configuration discipline, and engineering change control in a highly customized manufacturing environment.

This role leads a team of 6-8 and sits at the centre of Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, ensuring products are well-defined, properly controlled, and consistently executed from design through production.

What You'll Do:

• Lead product design support and new product launches
• Ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and clearly defined
• Own product configuration structure (rules, options, constraints)
• Strengthen engineering change control (ECR/ECO, revisions, releases)
• Improve clarity, consistency, and discipline in engineering documentation
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Act as key link between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality & Supply Chain

What You Bring:

• 7-10+ years in manufacturing or product engineering
• Experience leading engineering teams
• Strong background in:
• Engineering change control (ECR/ECO/ECN)
• Drawing/revision management
• Configurable or engineered-to-order products
• Product structure or scope definition
• A proactive leadership style that drives structure and continuous improvement
• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred (P.Eng asset)
