Role description

Job Title :Salesforce Technical Architect
Job Location : Toronto, Ontario , Canada

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead endtoend solution architecture design and technical delivery across Salesforce platforms This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem integrations and enterprise architecture along with strong leadership in guiding development teams and ensuring scalable secure solutions

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Solution Design
Define end to end Salesforce architecture covering Sales Service Experience and FSL
Design scalable secure and high performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards
Lead solution blueprinting HLDLLD creation and architecture governance
Ensure alignment with business requirements and long term roadmap

Technical Leadership
Provide hands on guidance to developers and tech leads
Review and approve code design patterns and best practices
Define and enforce governance coding standards and DevOps processes
Mentor teams on Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations

Integration Data Architecture
Architect integrations using RESTSOAP APIs MuleSoft middleware platforms
Define data models data migration strategies and data governance frameworks
Ensure system interoperability across Salesforce and external applications

Program Delivery Support
Collaborate with Project Managers and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Support estimation SOW creation and solutioning for RFPs RFIs
Identify and mitigate technical risks dependencies and bottlenecks

Quality Compliance
Ensure adherence to security compliance and platform best practices
Conduct architecture reviews performance tuning and scalability assessments
Drive CICD release management and environment strategies

Required Skills Experience
Core Salesforce Expertise
Strong experience across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud
Deep knowledge of Apex LWC Visualforce SOQL Salesforce APIs
Experience with FSL CPQ or Industry Clouds preferred
Architecture Integration
Expertise in integration patterns microservices and event driven architecture
Experience with MuleSoft middleware external system integrations
Strong understanding of identity security models and data architecture

Technical Stack Exposure
Experience with Full Stack ecosystems Java NETNodejs React Angular
Familiarity with DevOps tools Copado Git Jenkins Azure DevOps

Methodologies
Experience in Agile SAFe and enterprise delivery models
Strong understanding of SDLC release cycles and governance frameworks

Leadership Stakeholder Skills
Ability to engage with CXO level stakeholders and enterprise architects
Strong problem solving decision making and communication skills
Proven leadership in largescale Salesforce programs 5M preferred

Certifications Preferred
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect CTA Application or System Architect
Salesforce certifications PDII Integration Architect Sharing Visibility preferred
