HVAC Technician

Highcliffe Mechanical Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.

We are a rapidly growing family owned & operated business local to Calgary and surrounding areas, with our main priority being our clients and our employees. For over 10 years we have provided professional gas-fitting, plumbing, heating and air conditioning solutions to both commercial and residential customers.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communications skills. This role requires someone who takes pride in their quality of work, can work independently and is hard working.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive wage and the potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

· Provide service support to ongoing customers, including diagnosing, repair and/or replacement in residential and small commercial applications

· Ability to diagnosis and install furnaces and other HVAC equipment

· Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications for heating systems to ensure installations meet industry standards and local codes

· Adhere to company?s health and safety procedures and policies

Qualifications:

· Must hold a valid Alberta Gasfitter and/or Sheet Metal Journeyperson Ticket

· Valid class 5 drivers license

· Professional demeanor, able to communicate and work directly with customers

· High attention to detail

· Alberta Plumber Journeyperson Ticket would be an asset

· Knowledge of boilers & air conditioners would be an asset
