We are currently seeking experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented Designers to join our Engineering Team. This role is responsible for designing and developing reliable, cost-effective products that meet customer needs while supporting efficient manufacturing processes. As a key member of the Engineering Team, you will collaborate closely with R&D, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Quality to bring new products to market, improve existing designs, and drive continuous innovation across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex design challenges, turning ideas into manufacturable products, and seeing their work come to life in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Create detailed drawings, 3D models, specifications, and technical documentation. Evaluate product designs for manufacturability, performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Develop prototypes and support testing to validate designs and implement improvements. Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Quality throughout the product development process. Participate in design reviews and present concepts, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders. Work with suppliers to identify materials, components, and manufacturing processes that support product quality and cost objectives. Maintain accurate engineering documentation while managing project timelines and deliverables. Qualifications: 3+ years of product design experience in a manufacturing environment. Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with CAD software and experience creating detailed engineering drawings and 3D models. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles. Experience with prototype development, product testing, and design validation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
