JOB SUMMARY: As a Senior Software Developer, they will play a leading role in the development, installation, testing, and maintenance of software systems to help our business be more efficient and provide better service in the industry. In this role, they will assist in requirements gathering, time estimation, and negotiate with the architecture team on software and system design.

HERE’S HOW THEY’LL CONTRIBUTE: • Convert design specifications into code and supporting tests • Analyse, design and develop system enhancements • Work with the development and testing teams to ensure consistent, high quality delivery • Analyse the performance impact of various in-place and proposed designs. Participate in peer design and code reviews and provide feedback on areas that need improvement • Work as an individual as well as within a scrum team structure to deliver complex systems

HERE’S WHAT THEY’LL BRING: • Minimum four (4) years of experience in BPM platform • Excellent knowledge and practical experience in BPMN and BPM Design Patterns • Experience with large-scale, n-tier application • Experience leveraging common design patterns and practices across all architecture tiers & layers • Experience in HTML 5/CSS/CSS Libraries(bootstrap) • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming • Excellent debugging skills • Strong experience in Performance & Security Focused implementation and Troubleshooting. • Be passionate about building next-generation technologies and love to code • Strong knowledge of GIT version control • Strong written, oral and visual communication skills • Proactive communication style, ability to question, clarify and document • Strong analysis skills and the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines • Self-starter with a desire to learn who requires minimal supervision

Preference will be given to candidates with the following: • Experience with Web APIs • Experience in Azure Cloud Platform(App Service/Function/APIM) • Experience with DevOps practices • Experience with Net 5.0 + • Experience with Entity Framework Core 5.0+ • Experience with Azure Cloud Platform. • Experience in Messaging Systems such as RabbitMQ, Azure Messaging or Kafka • Experience with TDD or BDD • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Windows Azure a big plus • Understanding of DevOps basic principles
