About the role

Quadient Technical Lead Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract (6–12 Months) Experience Required: 8+ Years

Position Overview :We are seeking an experienced Quadient Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on development expertise, technical leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering document composition and omnichannel customer communication solutions .Key Responsibilitie sLead the design, development, implementation, and deployment of Quadient Inspire solutions .Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams .Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions .Design and develop document templates, workflows, and automated document generation processes .Integrate Quadient Inspire with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and middleware platforms .Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle .Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure adherence to best practices .Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Quadient applications and document processing .Optimize document generation performance, scalability, and system reliability .Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives .Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, and deployment guides .Required Qualification sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .9–12+ years of overall IT experience .5+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire (formerly GMC Inspire) .Strong experience in document composition, Customer Communication Management (CCM), and template development .Expertise in :Quadient Inspire Designe rInspire Interactiv eInspire Automatio nDynamic Communication sExperience integrating Quadient Inspire with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise systems .Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .Experience working with SQL and relational databases .Proficiency with version control systems such as Git .Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes .Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills .Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities .Preferred Qualification sExperience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domains .Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS .Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools .Experience with document migration and modernization projects .Quadient Inspire Certification (highly preferred) .Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .Technical Skill sQuadient Inspire Suit eCustomer Communication Management (CCM )Document Composition and Template Developmen tXML, XSLT, JSO NHTML, CSS, JavaScrip tREST APIs and SOAP Web Service sSQL and Relational Database sGi tAzure DevOps / Jenkin sCI/CD Pipeline sAgile/Scrum Methodologie sNice to Hav eBanking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience .Cloud deployment and migration experience .Performance tuning and optimization expertise .Enterprise application integration experience .Knowledge of document archival and output management solutions .Soft Skill sStrong leadership and team mentoring abilities .Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities .Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment .Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills .Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
