We're hiring two new team members to join our installation crew. This is a trainee position if you've never laid a floor in your life, that's fine. We've built a proper 4-week training program that takes you from classroom basics to working alongside our most experienced installers. After training, you'll be a real contributor on real jobs, with room to grow into the trade. Physically capable flooring is on your knees, lifting materials, full work days Willing to learn the right way, even when shortcuts exist Comfortable working as part of a two-person team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Regina No flooring experience required construction, framing, painting, or general labour is a bonus, but not required About the workYou'll be installing flooring (mostly luxury vinyl plank to start) in homes and commercial buildings throughout the Regina area. The work involves preparing subfloors, applying adhesive, laying flooring, and finishing. We'll teach you all of it.
