About the role

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, with a focus on both Canadian and U.S. payroll requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations, configurations, and system optimizations Design and configure Elements, Fast Formulas, Balance Definitions, and Payroll Definitions Configure Pay Cycles, Costing, Retroactive Pay, and Net-to-Gross calculations Ensure compliance with Canadian statutory payroll requirements, including CRA remittances, T4 reporting, and Records of Employment (ROEs) Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll requirements, including federal and multi-state tax withholding, FLSA regulations, W-2 reporting, and year-end processing Support integrations with HR, Time & Labor, and Benefits modules Execute and troubleshoot payroll cycles, audits, and reconciliations Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and develop solution designs Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving payroll legislation in both Canada and the U.S. Required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Demonstrated experience with Canadian and/or U.S. payroll regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency in Fast Formula scripting and payroll configuration tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical teams and senior stakeholders Oracle Cloud certification(s) considered a strong asset Legally eligible to work in Canada What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Comprehensive health and benefits package Flexible and remote-friendly work arrangements Professional development support, including funding for Oracle certifications Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across Canada and the United States How to Apply Qualified candidates are invited to submit their resume and relevant certifications Location: [City / Remote — Canada] Employment Type: Full-Time
