You’ll work closely with senior engineers, leadership, and cross-functional partners to build scalable, AI-enabled products that are used by millions of end users. Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a (10+ years of experience) Staff-level or senior full-stack engineer in B2B SaaS environments Deep expertise with: TypeScript Node.js React Experience building and launching new products or major initiatives from zero to production Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical solutions Experience working across both frontend and backend systems Comfort operating in startup or high-growth environments with high ownership Ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction Desired Skills & Experience

Experience working on AI-enabled products Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Cursor, or AI-assisted development workflows Experience with multi-tenant architectures Prior experience at the Staff level or equivalent, operating as a peer to Product and Design Strong product intuition with examples of influencing or reshaping product direction Experience mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards
