About Brucejack
Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga’a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.
As a member of the Brucejack family, we put your health, comfort, and safety first. You’ll stay in private rooms with individual washrooms, enjoy balanced meals prepared by our exceptional culinary team, and have access to a 24-hour snack and sandwich bar. We also have plenty of ways for you to relax and stay active, with a gym, fitness classes, a golf simulator, and seasonal activities like snowshoeing and hiking. For creative downtime, our music room is a fully equipped space where you can play or listen to music. Our Brucejack Recreation Committee, run by employees on a volunteer basis, organizes activities and events to make camp life fun and bring people together. The committee also plans holiday decorations, charity raffles, and outdoor events, helping create a warm and friendly community.
Your impact
Support safe, reliable gold processing by keeping mill operations running efficiently. Your work ensures consistent production, strong safety performance, and a well-maintained plant environment.
As part of our team you will
- Support day-to-day mill operations, ensuring safe and efficient plant performance
- Conduct sampling, assist with concentrate handling, and support production workflows
- Operate and assist with mobile equipment (forklifts, skid steers, cranes)
- Complete equipment checks, maintain cleanliness, and support maintenance activities
- Communicate issues and collaborate with operators and supervisors
- Uphold strong health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
Prerequisites for your success in this role
- Experience in an industrial or mining environment is an asset
- Willingness to learn reagent handling, sampling, and equipment operation
- Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working 12-hour shifts
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass medical and background checks
Your work environment
- Remote fly-in/fly-out mining operation at Brucejack
- 12-hour day or night shifts in a continuous processing plant
- Physically active role in variable weather and plant conditions

The expected salary range for this role is CA$41.42 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
