Lead AI/ML Engineer – Python
About the role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of software development experience. 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI development. Strong programming expertise in Python. Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or Mistral. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks. Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask. Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate. Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and AI agent frameworks. Strong understanding of software design patterns, microservices, and distributed systems. Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
