About the role:
Lead and coordinate Electrical and Instrumentation resources for Côté Gold. Lead the team to deliver safe, responsible and effective electrical and instrumentation services. Support, coach, train and create space for the team to be successful.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) teams, including employees and contractors.
- Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Plan, organize, and assign maintenance activities to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure reliability and performance of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Set clear expectations and performance objectives aligned with business and maintenance targets.
- Oversee and optimize work order execution within the maintenance management system.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain operational continuity.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Certified Electrician, Electrical Engineer, E&I Technician or degree in related program.
- Certificate of Qualification skill trade certificate (Red Seal) is required.
- Completed apprenticeship is required.
Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience, with at least 1 year of related leadership experience.
- Previous experience in an industrial environment (specifically mineral processing) is considered an asset.
Skills & Strengths, We Value:
- Basic knowledge of high voltage equipment, large AC motors, VFDs, Switchgears, MCCs, PLCs and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and legislation in electricity.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and empower multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven communication skills, both verbal, written and non-verbal.
- Proficiency in computer applications and maintenance softwares.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A valid Ontario drivers license is required.
- Understand efficiency drivers in a mining operation.
- Self-motivated individual who is driven to find solutions and strive for continuous improvement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $89,000 - $133,500 + Bonus
The final offer is determined based on your individual skills, qualifications, and competencies and aligned with our commitment to internal equity.
