• 2+ years service experience in Residential and or Commercial HVAC
• 3+ years service experience in Residential and or Commercial Plumbing

Ability to earn up to $46.00+ an hour with commission and spiff opportunities!

Sample of job tasks:

• Various HVAC tasks including AC, Furnace, IAQ Maintenance and Repair in residential and light commercial settings
• Completion of annual visits for customers on the HVAC & Plumbing equipment
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC issues in residential and light commerical settings
• Be On Call (on rotation) to serve our clients in their time of need
• Follow all WeatherMakers Policy's and Procedures
• Attend team building and training opportunities

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Residential and or Commercial HVAC
• 4+ years experience in Residential and or Commercial Plumbing
• Have some AC Maintenance and Repair Experience
• A clean drug and background check is required upon hire
• Work Schedule: Position requires being available to take calls Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with a willingness to work on a On Call rotation schedule.
• Drivers license and a clean driving record
• Journeyman on Apprenticeship in HVAC/Refrigeration/Sheet Metal or Gas Tickets
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Willingness to work as a team
• Ability to problem solve and seek out information
