EnVision Consultants Ltd. is looking for an experienced, motivated, team-oriented person to join our Land Development team as a CAD Technician. Ideal candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities and demonstrate the capacity to effectively manage internal and external relationships.

As part of your role, you may expect to be involved in:
- Utilizing your AutoCAD and Civil 3D knowledge in projects from concept to completion
- Preparing engineering drawings to specified standards
- Providing design assistance
- Earthworks modeling and calculations
- Proactively committing to creating a positive work environment
- Supporting and/or developing Health & Safety programs
- Collaborating with other disciplines at EnVision with respect to multi-disciplinary projects
- Travel to sites within the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, as needed
- Any other functions assigned as part of your employment
To apply to this position, you should expect to have:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Engineering Design and Drafting
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting and design
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and Civil3D software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, and to proactively respond to time-sensitive issues
- A valid G license and access to a vehicle to travel to and from sites (mileage to sites compensated), including valid and appropriate vehicle insurance

The salary for this position will be commensurate with the years of relevant experience and qualifications that the successful candidate brings to the role.
