What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair roof systems (leaks, flashing, water damage, etc.) Perform high-quality repairs using proper materials and techniques Work on residential roofsshingles, metal, structural components Communicate with clients professionally and clearly on-site Ensure job site cleanliness and safety protocols are always followed Coordinate with crew or work independently, depending on the job

What We're Looking For

5+ years of roofing or construction experience (repair experience preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round Professional, reliable, and client-focused Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
