This includes the management and accountability of service delivery.
The role will provide guidance and technical leadership throughout service implementation, including stepping in to solve issues, working with other teams, and units to guide the selection and prioritization of tasks, and working with them to build, test, and document deployed infrastructure and services.
The position provides guidance and direction to blended project teams of technical professionals that may consist of members from faculties, support units, or other groups in IST.
The position supports service delivery by coordinating inputs from management, business stakeholders, operations implications, testing results, and other IST operational teams. The position operates under IT incident, problem, change, project, services, and capacity management principles to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to a wide variety of complex problems.
