Provides accurate documentation on maintenance repair and verifies that all work is necessary and done at a fair price. Negotiates repairs when appropriate and documents all instances where a cost savings is realized. Ensures appropriate preventative maintenance schedule is followed. Proactively monitors trends in vehicle maintenance for specific accounts and geographic markets. Builds and analyzes both standard and ad-hoc reports. Analyzes data and makes recommendations to customers and ARI management to implement cost-saving initiatives. Liaises with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers to ascertain the most effective resolution to truck malfunctions. As the technical expert, acts as a consultant to fleet managers and service technicians when complex repairs are needed. Reviews and issues non-standard purchase orders to ensure that the customer’s best interests are protected. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. What are we looking for? High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field preferred ASE, Red Seal or other relevant industry certifications preferred Proficiency in MS Office and related desktop tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.) 3 plus years’ experience in the automotive or transportation industry with strong technical knowledge Solid understanding of automotive repair industry processes Familiarity with Fleet and Mobility programs a plus Experience reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to drive efficiency, accuracy, and consistency #LI-HYBRID #LI-MS1 INDCS Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $69,090.00 - $98,450.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
