Assembly Technician Location: Winnipeg, MB Shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Hands-On Work. Mechanical Pride. Built for Growth. About the Role This is a hands-on assembly technician role working on industrial equipment within a manufacturing environment. You will assemble and install mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components that are critical to the performance and reliability of our machines. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in build quality, and value seeing a finished product come together. Training is provided, but success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn. You will work closely within an experienced production team, where your work directly impacts product quality and overall manufacturing output. What You'll Be Doing Assemble mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components based on blueprints and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete builds accurately Inspect parts and assemblies to meet ODRA quality standards Install and wire electrical components including control modules, sensors, and harnesses Hydraulic system assembly, installation, and testing.
