What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll apply your carpentry expertise across a range of projects, including new construction, renovations, and finishing work. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality work on-site — from framing and structural work to finishing and drywall — while working alongside a team that values craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For Journeyperson certification (403A General Carpenter) is considered an asset; however, we welcome experienced carpenters with a strong background in the trade Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on carpentry experience Proven ability to complete work independently and to a high standard Strong experience in residential and commercial construction Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Experience with framing, finishing, and general carpentry work Experience with drywall installation and finishing (asset) Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License
