Clearwater Structures Inc. is a General Contractor specializing in Bridge Construction and Rehabilitation. We are looking for General Labourers in our Bowmanville steel fabrication shop. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Must be physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs of materials and standing for long periods Must be able to accurately read a measuring tape (imperial and metric) Ability to Read, Speak and Write English Proficient forklifts and overhead crane operation, an asset but not required Experience in Welding, an asset but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and take pride in your work Solid communication and team collaboration Sound knowledge and commitment to health and safety in the workplace What we offer: $20.00 per hour Permanent full-time work Group Health Benefits (Health, Dental, Drugs, Life Insurance, AD&D, LTD – premiums paid by company) RRSP Plan with company match TFSA Plan M-F Shifts - Day Shift (Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 04:30 PM & Friday: 7:00 AM to 03:30 PM) Annual Boot Allowance Candidates selected for an interview must complete a weld test and fitting test.
