Key responsibilities include:

Assist with the installation and finishing of exterior home improvement products such as siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and other exterior finishes

Set up and operate hand and power tools, ladders, and job-site equipment safely

Cut, shape, and install materials accurately to project specifications

Complete eavestrough installations, including mitered cut corners

Install James Hardie siding and other siding products

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work sites throughout each project

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while adhering to safety procedures and PPE requirements

Learn additional trade skills and perform other duties as assigned to support the team
Requirements

Ability to safely set up and operate hand and power tools for exterior installation work

Ability to safely use ladders and scaffolding for exterior installation work

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Ability to work at heights, including carrying materials on ladders or scaffolding

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Valid Ontario G driver’s license

English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Young, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the exterior renovation and construction industry

Strong work ethic with a willingness to take direction and develop new skills

Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment

Previous construction or exterior renovation experience is considered an asset, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience installing eavestrough, fascia, and soffit (willing to train)

Valid Working at Heights certification
