About the role

About Tigerhall Tigerhall is a powerful automated system designed for transformation leaders to drive scalable and sustained change. By integrating cutting-edge tools such as AI Content Creation, Dynamic Stakeholder Targeting, and Real-Time Analytics, Tigerhall ensures transformation initiatives are effectively executed. The platform delivers success across diverse applications, including ERP rollouts, commercial transformations, M&A integrations, and building change capabilities. Trusted by global leaders such as Bloomberg, Adobe, and Cisco, Tigerhall is backed by prominent investors like Sequoia Capital and Monk's Hill Ventures. About the role We're hiring our first dedicated Customer Success Engineer to sit at the front line of customer onboarding. You'll be the technical partner who takes a newly signed enterprise customer and gets them live — standing up single sign-on, automating user provisioning, and connecting Tigerhall into the systems our customers already use. This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role. You'll spend your time roughly split between configuration and integration work, and working directly with customer IT, security, and admin teams to unblock them. You'll partner closely with the US Customer Success team, so working hours align with Americas timezones. If you like solving concrete technical problems, talking to customers, and being the person who makes onboarding feel smooth, this is for you.

What you'll do Own the technical side of customer onboarding — you're first in line when a new enterprise customer needs to get set up. Configure and troubleshoot single sign-on (SSO) integrations (SAML / OIDC) with customer identity providers (Okta, Entra ID / Azure AD, Google Workspace, and similar). Set up and support automated user provisioning via SCIM and SFTP-based user feeds, including mapping, syncing, and debugging directory data. Work alongside customers to integrate external platforms into Tigerhall's event and workflow automation — including integrations built on Boomi / iPaaS tooling. Translate customer requirements into a clear technical onboarding plan, and communicate progress, blockers, and timelines back to both the customer and the CS team. Be the bridge between customers and our Product and Engineering teams — surfacing recurring issues, edge cases, and feature gaps. Build and maintain onboarding playbooks, runbooks, and documentation so that setup gets faster and more repeatable over time.

What we're looking for 2–4 years in a technical, customer-facing role — implementation engineering, integration/onboarding engineering, customer success engineering, technical account management, or similar. Hands-on experience configuring SSO (SAML and/or OIDC) with at least one major identity provider. Familiarity with user provisioning concepts — SCIM, directory syncing, or SFTP-based data feeds. Comfort reading and debugging structured data (JSON, XML, CSV) and working with APIs and webhooks. Strong communication skills — you can explain a technical concept to a customer's IT admin and to a non-technical stakeholder in the same call. Well-organized and able to manage several customer onboardings in parallel. Able to work hours that overlap substantially with Americas timezones.

Strong pluses Hands-on experience with Boomi or another iPaaS / integration platform (Workato, MuleSoft, Tray, Zapier-for-enterprise, etc.). Experience building event-driven or workflow-automation integrations. Background working with enterprise IT and security teams during procurement or onboarding. Light scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for one-off data transforms and debugging. Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Why this role is a great opportunity You'll be the first dedicated hire for this function, which means real ownership and the chance to shape how Tigerhall onboards and integrates enterprise customers. As the customer base grows, this role is a natural launchpad into deeper integration engineering, technical account management, or a leadership track within Customer Success.
