Responsibilities:

-       Read and interpret production drawings to ensure precise assembly that meets quality standards.

-       Perform full assembly of custom commercial furniture while meeting production deadlines.

-       Carry out veneering work with precision to ensure a high-end finish.

-       Install and adjust components such as hardware, drawers, doors, and mechanisms.

-       Make adjustments and corrections to guarantee a flawless final product.

-       Work independently on projects while meeting team productivity targets.

-       Collaborate with colleagues to support project progress and ensure complete delivery.

-       Actively contribute to improving workshop efficiency.

-       Maintain an organized, safe, and quality-focused work environment.

-       Ensure that each project meets the company’s high standards before delivery.

-       Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements:

-       Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in cabinetmaking or custom furniture assembly.

-       Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.

-       Proficiency in commercial furniture assembly techniques (essential).

-       Experience in veneering and surface finishing (a strong asset).

-       Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity levels.

-       Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality (no compromises on the final result).

-       Good physical capacity to work in a workshop environment on a daily basis.

-       Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude in a production environment.

-       Experience with workshop tools and equipment (pneumatic tools, machinery, etc.).

-       Valid driver’s license.

Salary: $28 to $35 per hour
Schedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week
Status: Permanent
