We are currently looking for a CNC Operator to help ensure the smooth operation of our advanced manufacturing processes. If you enjoy working with cutting-edge equipment, solving technical issues, and delivering high-quality production, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

• Operate various CNC machines. 
• Support the CNC programming team by making minor adjustments and performing regular quality checks.
• Troubleshoot machines and equipment to quickly and safely resolve production issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure products meet company quality standards. 
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. 
• Perform any other tasks assigned to support the team.

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting. 
• Knowledge of machine safety procedures, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO). 
• Ability to make real-time adjustments and follow instructions from supervisors and team leads. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. 
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs. 
• Full physical dexterity and ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and variable temperatures. 
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in certain areas.
