Expected Compensation The exact salary you will earn is dependent on the specific project to which you are assigned. Currently, the salary range for this role is between 140 to 160 K.
What You Will Be Doing? Develop Make-or-Buy strategies to optimize project competitiveness, cost, and value. Create and manage Work Packages from scope definition through procurement and contract award. Lead the technical evaluation of subcontractor proposals and support supplier selection. Collaborate with engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate bid development. Apply field construction knowledge to improve estimating accuracy and project execution. Analyze project scope, risks, and commercial opportunities using advanced Excel modeling and reporting.
What We Are Looking For? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent construction-related education. 6–8 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or heavy civil projects. Experience with subcontractor procurement, work package development, or project coordination. Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
