We build websites and digital experiences for ambitious businesses law firms, real estate brands, service companies that want to look as good as they actually are. We're growing and need a designer who can translate strategy into something that actually converts, not just something that looks nice in a Figma file. What you'll be doing: Designing websites, landing pages, and digital assets from concept to handoff Working directly with clients to understand their brand and goals Collaborating with our development side to make sure designs actually get built right Contributing to proposals, pitches, and new business work

What we're looking for: 2+ years of UX/UI design experience (agency experience is a plus) Strong Figma skills we work fast and clean A portfolio that shows you can design for conversion, not just aesthetics Someone who can take feedback without taking it personally Good communication you'll be client-facing
