Watch Ledcor’s Innovation, Culture and Community video to see what it’s like working for Ledcor and apply today to join the true blue team - watch here Essential Responsibilities: · Execute shutdown and turnaround scopes including structural repairs, steel installation, retrofits, and equipment setting · Perform rigging, hoisting, and alignment of structural components and mechanical equipment · Complete bolt-up, torquing, and connection work to meet outage specifications · Interpret drawings, blueprints, and work packages to ensure accurate execution · Support critical path work while adapting to shifting priorities and tight timelines · Work within permit systems, lift plans, and safety procedures including LOTO requirements · Maintain productivity and quality during extended shifts and compressed outage schedules · Collaborate within a large, multi-trade shutdown workforce to deliver safe, efficient results Qualifications: · Registered Apprentice or Journeyperson Ironworker certification · Experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, or outage maintenance in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments · Strong skills in rigging, structural steel installation, and equipment setting · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings · Experience working in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments · Willingness to work 10–12+ hour shifts, overtime, and consecutive days during shutdowns · Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Working Conditions: · Travel provided · Various shifts available · Work in all weather conditions · Weekly payment of wages · Extended health benefits provided by CLAC · Camp provided Additional Information Ledcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.
