A growing, fast-paced contractor specializing in commercial and industrial epoxy flooring and concrete restoration is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join its Calgary team.

What You’ll Do Complete accurate and detailed takeoffs for commercial and industrial flooring and concrete restoration projects Prepare competitive, well-structured bids and quotations Track bid opportunities and manage an organized pipeline of active tenders Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine labour, materials, and equipment requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating tools and processes

What You Bring 5+ years of construction estimating experience Experience in commercial or industrial projects (flooring, coatings, or concrete restoration preferred) Proficiency with digital takeoff tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and bid processes High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tenders in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Experience with specialty contracting scopes Background in concrete, coatings, or restoration trades Familiarity with project management workflows
