What we offer you Medical, Rx, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance Retirement Savings Plan Education Assistance Bonus Plan Eligibility Parental Leave Starting Rate of pay: $23.67/hour Shifts Available and Hours: Rotating shifts (Days / Afternoons / Midnights) as per the production schedule, as follows: Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Hours are determined based on operational needs and seniority under the Collective Agreement. Shift Premium: $0.65/hour extra for the night shift $0.50/hour extra for the afternoon shift What you will be doing Operate saw equipment to safely cut aluminum profiles according to customer specifications. Read production orders and verify dimensions using measuring tools. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met. Stack, package, and prepare finished material for the next stage of production or shipment. Follow all health, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while working as part of the production team. What will make you successful? Required Education/Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1-3 years of experience operating industrial machinery Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) Preferred Skills/Qualifications Ability to safely lift at least 100 lbs with a partner on a repetitive basis Flexibility to work on all shifts as per operational needs (day, evening and overnight) Experience operating saws or other industrial manufacturing equipment Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers and squares) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable team player with a strong focus on safety Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
