About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Carpenter Helper to assist with commercial construction projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn the trade, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters with framing, finishing, installations, and general construction tasks
• Load and unload building materials and tools
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Support site setup and cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Previous construction or labor experience minimum 2 years
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
