Overview We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration and cooler systems in commercial settings . This role requires a strong mechanical background and knowledge of HVAC systems while complying with regulatory standards related to environmental and safety requirements.

Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
• Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration units, HVAC equipment, and related mechanical systems
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Conduct plumbing work related to refrigeration and cooling systems
• Utilize welding skills for repairs or modifications as needed
• Maintain boiler systems and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment
• Perform appliance repairs related to refrigeration units and cooling systems
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies
• Document maintenance activities and report on system performance

Experience

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Mechanic or similar role in HVAC or refrigeration maintenance
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair
• Familiarity with construction practices related to installation and repair of refrigeration systems
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams effectively
• Experience working with HVAC systems, boilers, and other mechanical equipment is highly desirable
• Prior mechanic experience in industrial or commercial settings preferred
