📍 Location: Red Deer, AB & Bonnyville, AB 🕐 Type: Full-time, In-person 🔄 Rotation: 16 days on / 5 days off, Weekends off if nothing urgent during your rotation.
We're hiring for 2 roles right now;
Wireline Completion Supervisor
Lead cased hole wireline operations in the field. You'll supervise crews and equipment at the well site and in the shop, deliver quality logging and completion services, and be the trusted point of contact for our customers, all while keeping safety front and centre.
What you'll do: Supervise 1–4 Operators on the job Coordinate equipment, personnel, and job planning with the manager Run quality control on log data and service delivery Partner with HSE to keep every job safe and compliant Oversee safe handling and transport of explosive materials Build strong relationships with customer reps on location Mentor and develop your crew
What you bring: Wireline experience, with at least ~ 1 year running a truck Strong knowledge of wireline services H2S and First Aid certifications Clean license Comfortable with Warrior Logging, MS Office, and smartphone tools Post-secondary education is a plus but not necessary Experienced Wireline / E-Line Operator (Driver)
Looking for an experienced operator/driver who's ready to grow with us. You'll safely move equipment to and from job sites, help assemble and maintain tools, run safety inspections, and keep operations running smoothly. We've got a dynamic, no-BS team environment — if that sounds like your kind of crew, let's talk.
What you'll do: Safely drive equipment to and from job sites Rig wireline units in and out (stand alone and rig assist) Spot equipment safely on location Complete daily hazard assessments before starting work Assemble and disassemble job-specific logging tools, including perforating assemblies Clean, service, and maintain equipment after each job Speak up - report any incidents, accidents, or near misses
What you bring: Clean license, Class 3 Preferred but but we will train you to obtain. Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance know-how Comfortable with cell phone use and being on call. Able to complete 300-hour inspections, logbooks, and driver vehicle inspection reports Safety certifications (H2S, First Aid) are a plus, not required Willing to travel (~75%) and work flexible hours, especially during winter ops (Jan–Mar)
