Looking to hire a Carpenter for Residential Homebuilding

We are a growing residential home builder in the greater St John's area, and are looking for a reliable, skilled Carpenter to join our team. This role offers full-time, year-round employment with consistent hours and a variety of work across all phases of a home build.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interior framing, including stairs, basements, and various scopes

• Complete various inspection requirements as needed throughout builds

• General site cleanup and organization to maintain a clean and safe job site

• Build and finish residential decks

• Assist across all stages of turnkey residential construction as required

• Finish carpentry considered a stong asset

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites

• Knowledge of power tools

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety

• Previous experience in residential construction is an asset
