Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Journeyperson B-Pressure Welders to support upcoming work at CNRL on a fly-in/fly-out basis. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in GTAW and SMAW alloy welding on industrial piping systems.

Key Responsibilities: Perform GTAW and SMAW welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping systems. Read and interpret isometric drawings and welding procedures. Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project schedules and client requirements. Follow all site safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Conduct work in accordance with applicable welding codes and standards. Work collaboratively with supervisors, pipefitters, and other trades on site.

Qualifications: Alberta Journeyperson Welder Certificate and B-Pressure Certification required. Interprovincial Red Seal Certification considered an asset. Strong GTAW and SMAW alloy welding experience required. F3/F4 SMAW Certification. F6 GTAW Certification. F6/F5 Stainless GTAW and Stainless SMAW experience. F4X/F4X Inconel GTAW and Inconel SMAW experience. CWB SMAW Certification. Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping systems. Experience with pipe fit-up, spool fabrication, and reading isometric drawings. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
