We are looking for a Sustainable Architect / Energy Modeling Specialist to support the design and optimization of high-performance, energy-efficient buildings. This role focuses on integrating bioclimatic design strategies and energy simulations into architectural projects.

Day-to-Day Develop architectural designs with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency Perform energy modeling and simulation (EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, DesignBuilder, etc.) Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to optimize building performance Conduct site analysis and climate-responsive design strategies Support LEED / green building certifications and documentation Use Revit / BIM tools to integrate energy analysis into design workflows Review and ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards

Must-Haves 5+ years of experience in architecture or sustainable design Strong experience with Revit / BIM Experience with energy modeling tools (EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, DesignBuilder, etc.) Knowledge of LEED or green building standards Understanding of building codes and energy efficiency principles Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves Licensed Architect (OAA/AIBC or similar) Experience with Green Building Studio or similar tools Background in bioclimatic/passive design Previous experience in code compliance or plan review
