We handle all types of construction services for strata including an assortment of work from building envelope projects, water restoration and deck replacements ? just to name a few.

What we do:

• Targeted building envelope repairs/projects
• Vinyl decking and waterproof coatings
• Commercial and residential maintenance and repairs
• Structural & superficial rot repairs
• Specialty contracting projects
• Flashing and sealant repair & replacements
• Always maintain a clean & safe job site

What we?re looking for from you?

• Experienced carpenter with 4+ years experience in carpentry trades
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Experience in various carpentry tasks such as flooring installation, cabinet installation, roofing, masonry, tile laying,
• Proficient operating skills of all tools & equipment used in construction
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmen
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks including flooring installation and tile laying to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Utilize hand and power tools for construction projects, adhering to safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction processes.
• Lead and communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct routine maintenance and restoration of structures as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
