Your Opportunity Based in our Longueuil office as a Commissioning Agent, you will be responsible for executing the commissioning process, managing commissioning documentation, and performing on-site functional testing.

Your Background - College diploma (DEC) in building mechanics or equivalent experience;

• More than 5 years of experience in commissioning (controls, balancing, commissioning agent);
• Knowledge of functional testing and sequence validation (heating, ventilation, air conditioning);
• Knowledge of building design (mechanical and electrical);
• Knowledge of building automation systems;
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems;
• Expertise in pre-operational verifications (POV) and start-up of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems;
• Skills in project management and technical writing;
