About the role
Cahill is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Advisor to support our Corporate QHSE department and help drive continuous improvement throughout the company. As a member of the Quality team, you will work closely with project teams, operations, other corporate departments, and leadership to help ensure processes remain effective, practical, and aligned with both client and regulatory expectations. The role provides a strong mix of hands-on coordination, process improvement, auditing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving and driving meaningful improvements across an organization.
What will you do?
- Maintain, implement, and improve the ISO 9001 certified QMS to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness
- Ensure company processes, procedures, and documentation comply with ISO 9001 requirements and reflect operational realities.
- Lead internal audits and support external ISO audits, surveillance audits, regulatory and client audits.
- Manage the Quality Incident process in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Monitor client satisfaction through feedback, complaints, and performance reviews.
- Monitor quality performance indicators and report trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze audit results, quality data, and lessons learned to drive continual improvement.
- Work with Supply Chain to maintain Cahill Supplier List database. Perform Supplier audits as per QMS.
- Ensures Subcontractor management process and auditing as per risk profile.
- Support management reviews and contribute to strategic quality objectives.
- Maintain configuration control of Quality documentation.
- Support Project team on project close-out: preparing, organizing, and publishing project completion documentation.
What will you bring?
- 5+ years’ experience in a Quality role within a construction and/or project organization would be considered an asset.
- Experience with Quality Incidents (NCR/CAR), Customer Survey and Supplier approvals
- Experience working in an ISO Certified company.
- Experience conducting ISO audits.
- Experience with procedure writing and editing skills, technical writing, and audits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as: PowerPoint, word, and excel spreadsheet development pivot tables and charts.
- Self-motivating with the ability to multi-task with changing priorities
