About The Role
In this vital role, you willsupport the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a clientfacility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality ofmaterial handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do
Promote a safeworking environment by following all safety procedures. Solve electrical andmechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes,relays, and more. Install, maintain,and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Complete andproperly document preventative maintenance routines. Track and storedepartment inventory. Cultivate positiveworking relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance teammembers. Perform otherjob-related duties as needed or assigned.
What You’ll Need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work inUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 1 year of related experience and/or training. Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools. Ability to solve problems and carry out generalinstructions in standard situations such as; routine maintenance, repairs,preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination, and safetycompliance. Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirementsincluding stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with orwithout reasonable accommodation.
PreferredQualifications
Associate’s or higher degree from a vocational school orcollege with a focus in the mechanical or electrical field. 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience withelectrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance withOriginal Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards. Experience with a Computerized Maintenance ManagementSystem (CMMS). 2+ years' experience with automated conveyor systems andcontrols. 2+ years' experience conducting predictive andpreventative maintenance procedures. 2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading 2+ year of knowledge with electrical and electronicprinciples 2+ year experience of following and demonstrating safetystandards 1+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics ofMHE systems

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $62,566.40 annually or $30.08 per hour, and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $69,680annually or $33.50 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
