Who You Are:
Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Structural Crew Foreman who is driven, passionate about their work, and excels in leading large teams in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will ensure project timelines and quality standards are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
This is a Night Shift position, Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 3:30 am, overtime as required.

What We're Looking For From You - If This Describes You, We'd Love to Meet!
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style
- Excellent communicator who leads by example
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with training requirements
- Manage daily operations, task assignments, and equipment checks
- Lead the Alstar Safety Culture by practising and ensuring safe work practices
- Drive continuous improvement and meet customer expectations
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of up to 10 employees to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Oversee daily workflow and ensure efficient project progress
- Communicate effectively with management, crew, and other departments using the Alstar Job Relations methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Cultivate a positive work environment that boosts morale
- Lead the implementation of the Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction (JI) training to ensure all new and existing crew members receive consistent and effective on-the-job training.
- Actively participate in our Leadership Training Program, which includes the Leadership for Safety Excellence certification at the MSHA training facility.
