Job Summary We are seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Process Engineer with 3+ years of experience to support the transfer and launch of new products into manufacturing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes while ensuring quality and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities Support new product introduction and manufacturing transfer activities. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and work instructions. Coordinate process validation activities and production readiness. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement process improvements. Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams. Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering or New Product Introduction (NPI). Experience supporting manufacturing process development and product launches. Knowledge of process validation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
