Department: Service Reports To: Service Manager/Foreman ---------------------------------------- Overview Richwil Truck Centre Ltd. is currently seeking a Truck and Transport Technician to join our team in Woodstock during evenings and nights, Monday through Friday (4 - Midnight). This position is responsible for the repair, maintenance and service of diesel engines and heavy trucks. Experience with all aspects of heavy truck repair and maintenance required - preference may be given to those who possess experience with diesel engines, Cummins and International engines, electrical troubleshooting, cooling systems, and electronic engine control systems and diagnostics. ---------------------------------------- Qualifications * Truck and Transport Technician License preferred; however, a combination of skills and experience is considered. * Possess a valid driver's license * You must provide your own tools * CSA-approved safety footwear must be worn * Willingness to work in a team environment * Commitment to a safe workplace ---------------------------------------- Compensation * Competitive industry salary, based on experience and qualifications * Night shift premium pay * Paid training opportunities * Employee incentive bonus * Boot allowance * Uniforms provided * Paid vacation/personal days * Group health benefit plan * RRSP benefit plan Interested in Joining? What you’ll do

This position is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and service of diesel engines and heavy trucks. The technician will work during evening and night shifts to ensure the operational readiness of the fleet.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Truck and Transport Technician License or equivalent experience and must provide their own tools. A valid driver's license and a commitment to workplace safety are mandatory.
